Box OfficeThe Theatre Box Office (which is located in the Theatre foyer) is open for visitors and phone calls from Monday to Saturday mornings, 10am till noon. The telephone number is: 023 9246 6363. This number has an answer phone on it at all other times. Click here for a detailed seating plan Ordering Tickets Over the PhoneThe easiest way to obtain tickets (other than visiting the theatre box office in person) is to phone up the box office between 10am and noon, and reserve your seats. You can either pay for the tickets in person, or post your payment to us. Once payment is received we can either hold the tickets for collection or send them to you (if you send a stamped self addressed envelope). Please note: Tickets booked over the telephone are only reserved for 7 days. If we do not receive payment in 7 days, or before 7:00pm on the day of the performance, then we reserve the right to offer those tickets for re-sale. Order FormIn order to make ordering tickets over the phone easier, we have provided a form which you can print out and fill in as you book the tickets over the phone, and then send in with your payment. This will ensure that there are no misunderstandings in the booking. The form contains all the information you need to book tickets, including a seating plan. Click here to access the form.
